Had a great little farmers market trip here last month. Loved their selection of fresh produce and herbs. It was a little confusing on what to buy by the basket vs self pick but a lovely older gentleman and fellow shopper helped me out! Said he’d been shopping there for about 20 years, which I took as good sign and loyal community member. I picked up some fresh GA peach’s, zucchinis, peppers, and fresh herbs. All have been wonderful! Staff was great upon check out, felt very mom and pop type of place which I enjoy. I love the big chains for certain things but truly enjoy supporting local farmers, businesses, and the community. Plus I know where everything is sourced from with care. I believe they also accept cash and cards. Stop by Murphee’s if you’re local, just visiting, or passing through for some good local produce needs.

I bought 3 watermelons today and paid 15.00 each. I didn’t mind the price but none of them were good. Very old and sour. 2 were sugar babies and one was a round striped and you could not eat them. I will take my business elsewhere.

Products are great! Brad is awesome! Women that check you out are rude, and self righteous. Owners are even worse. I only go if Brad it's there. I used to go at least once every week from spring through fall, spending no less than$100. Now that the woman with the "lipstick" is the primary check out clerk. I've not been back at all this year. I go to Andys, produce is much better too!!

The one if the last of its kind in this area. Friendly folks, best produce around, the only place to get good peaches and tomatoes and other fresh fruits and veggies. They also have plants and outdoor pots and frozen foods as well. You cannot go wrong by shopping here.
